IWFCI is the world’s first International Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Australia’s first dedicated Chamber of Commerce for women. It is a non-profit, non-government, member based organization; founded in 1992 by Diana Abruzzi in Melbourne, Australia. It was established with the purpose of supporting women entering business and developing trade across the globe.

The mission of IWFCI India National Chapter is to provide women with opportunities for economic growth, and help existing businesses to scale up through global trade and networks. It aims to enable national and international linkages for women entrepreneurs to collaborate, scale up and globalize their businesses.

Supporting the growth of women in commerce and industry. Offering opportunities to women entrepreneurs through business and social networking. Facilitating mentorship for new businesses. Providing incentives both monetary and otherwise to support women entrepreneurs.
