Support for Micro Scale Tailoring Business

Support for Micro Scale Tailoring Business

One of the goals of IWFCI India National Chapter has been to provide financial incentives to small and micro businesses. During 2020-21, a micro scale entrepreneur Jiya Shahi who runs a small tailoring business in Karave Gaon, Seawoods (West) needed funds to buy a designer sewing machine which would help her scale up her small business and create new customers. IWFCI supported her by providing interest free funds of Rs. 15,000 to buy the same. This support has gone a long way to increase her business revenue and give it stability. Today her business is thriving and she is able to become self-sufficient and independent which is a fulfillment of the goals of IWFCI.
