Redefining Leadership in a Post Pandemic World

IWFCI Global had a Discussion on the subject “Redifining Leadership in a Post Pandemic World” on 26th November, 2021.

The Covid 19 pandemic disrupted small businesses drastically, posed a major public health crisis and had a immense setback on the world economy. Different countries adapted differently to the crisis and created new business models to revamp their businesses. It was important to keep the countries in readiness for the ‘New Normal’ that emerged during Covid and post Covid times.

International Chair, Ms. Diana Abruzzi in her opening remarks spoke about the extraordinary demands placed on us during the pandemic and these seminar series have been organised to regroup and bounce back into the changing business landscape. Ms. Abruzzi said that ‘Crisis does not build character, but only reveals it when it comes under fire’ and this was a testing time for all organisations. Anne-Marie Cross, the host of the seminar said that the discussion was all about Learning, Sharing and Networking.

The Special speaker was entrepreneur Jacqui Savage, Bio-Medical Engineer and Founder, Medcorp Technology. Other speakers were IWFCI President of India, Dr. Daphne Pillai, President Annie Chan of Singapore, President Heera Vasandani of Indonesia, President Dato Elaine Teh of Malaysia and President Tomoni Sugahara of Japan.
